Looks like i’m back on tumblr….

 I don't speak english but I really really want to do the "Lose 7lbs in 7days diet" ..:'(( any tips ?

You don’t need to speak English to do a diet. But your English seems pretty good considering you have typed that….

 is there anything I can use that substitutes for weights? I plan to start the 30 day shred but have no weights whatsoever and I dont know what else I could use!!
